Delete your Hexsummon account
You can delete your Hexsummon account and its data at any time, in the game or by email. This applies to the website (play.hexsummon.com) and the Hexsummon app on Google Play.
In the game (instant)
- Open play.hexsummon.com or the Hexsummon app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password.
By email
If you can't sign in, email shadzbusiness@gmail.com from any address with your player name. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your player record: name, password hash, recovery email (if you added one), friends list and friend requests, sparks balance, rating, win/loss record, decks, mate and sleeve.
- All sessions, which signs you out everywhere, and your whole card collection.
- Your lobby chat messages. Your ID is removed from past match records, so they stay only as anonymous results.
What we keep
- If you bought sparks on the website, the Stripe payment receipt (bundle, amount, date) is kept without your player ID, because UK tax law requires it. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
- Short-lived rate-limit records expire on their own within hours.
Deletion is immediate and permanent and can't be undone. Read the full Privacy Policy.
